Hey there! A bit about me:

I’ve become hooked to adventure. There is nothing that makes me feel more alive than uprooting the routine and seeking raw experiences in foreign environments. The more I have interacted with people and places that are unfamiliar, the more I can appreciate this planet of ours. And the more I see how little I actually know of the world. It’s a humbling experience.

I’m the first to admit that there is a lot of ugliness and cruelty on this planet, yet amongst it all I still insist that life is an absolutely amazing phenomenon. There’s a decent amount of beauty and kindness out there too, but there’s no way I can hope to experience a fraction of it all unless I’m willing to throw myself out into the world. Taking the steps to travel requires the same initiative and planning as any long-term life goal. I think it starts with appreciating the little things and taking nothing for granted. Don’t lose your spark, don’t let your spirit get ground down by the monotony that inevitably comes with even the best of careers. See the best in others, be the best version of yourself. Always be curious and seek adventure. When this passion and enthusiasm is at your core then it’s as if you can do anything. Recognizing your life priorities and goals and seeing them through becomes effortless, for facing the implicit challenges is itself rewarding.  You start by asking yourself what would need to happen to realize the vision. Break down all the steps, especially the unpleasant or logistically difficult ones. Then decide right there that you are going to make it a reality, if you are able and want to do all those steps. Give yourself a starting date and get to it!

Lately I have had some pretty epic adventures of my own and I’m here to share, you’re welcome to follow me as I attempt to bring it all to the internet.

Here’s a video from my latest trek romping around in the Pyrenees.
